MOTION PILATES IS 모션필라테스는 조셉필라테스의 기본원리에 기초를 두고 모션필라테스만의 철학을 바탕으로 느낌과 생각 그리고 움직임에 대한 통합적 원리를 추구 합니다. 신체의 인지력은 감정적 균형을 보여줍니다. 인지작용으로 우리의 정신과 신체움직임의 표현이 균형을 이루게 하여 오래동안 신체를 건강하고 바르게 유지시킵니다.
조셉필라테스는 정신과 신체의 균형을 규정하였는데, 모션필라테스의 원리에서는 신체의 감각 신경들이 보다 정확하고 안정적인 움직임을 명령하는 것에 기초를 두었습니다. 모션필라테스는 전통 필라테스를 이해하고 통합적으로 받아들이며 생각하는 운동 그리고 효과적인 운동을 위해서 발전된 의학/과학을 응용합니다. 정확하고 지속적인 관찰과 우리 몸의 근신경골격계의 기능에 대한 지식을 통해서 “아름다움을 지도하는” 모션필라테스 강사들은 회원의 신체적 건강과 부상에 대한 재활운동을 회원 개인에 맞게 프로그램을 처방하고 감독하며, 안전을 위한 지도와 함께 모션필라테스의 슬로건 “motion your body and spirit”처럼 건강하고 활력있는 신체와 정신을 바르게 발달시켜줍니다.
